this is your death, your life.
fingers gripping what seems to be all there is; cell phones and cigarettes.
smoke flowing out from the boy's mouth in an upwards spiral towards what some people swear to be salvation.
in the end, what really concerns the middle class consumer?
we come from nothing, we go back to nothing.
if the middle is all filler, why waste it being preoccupied about our differences, and how many pairs of child-made shoes we currently own?
if you have your entire life to put towards making a better world for those who will proceed you, why are we so selfish?
can we not see the bigger picture here that is hidden by MTV bullshit?
mass media tell us to be afraid, but of what? facts and more facts that "seem" to be true.
ever wondered the streets at night? ever been in an alleyway alone at 3am? now that's life. overcoming fears, challenges. not sitting on a couch letting life pass by and wash all over you.
